Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my paver?
To locate your paver, we recommend starting your visit at the “Perk Up” coffee shop, located near the renovated B Welcome Desk. From there, follow the signs to the “Outdoor Garden.” Your paver is placed on the ground just outside the B doors in our beautiful Promenade.
If you need help during your visit, our Welcome Desk staff will be happy to assist you.
How long will pavers be available?
There are a limited number of pavers available. Cincinnati Children’s will accept paver orders until all pavers are sold.
If I order a paver and change my mind, can I cancel the order?
All paver order sales are final, and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
How do I change my inscription?
A staff member will be in touch with you to confirm your inscription. During this time, you will be able to change your inscription. Revisions may not exceed the character limit of the purchased paver and must be within the hospital paver guidelines.
Can I purchase a paver with a group of people?
Yes! You can purchase a paver as a group gift.

Are there any restrictions on what I can inscribe on my paver?
Yes. To respect families who currently have a loved one being treated for a life-threatening illness at Cincinnati Children’s, we ask that you do not include the following on your paver:

Date Ranges (life and death dates)
We reserve the right to edit messaging to ensure alignment with Cincinnati Children’s paver messaging guidelines.
When will my paver be installed?
We will be installing pavers multiple times throughout the year to minimize disruptions to our staff and patient families. A member of our staff will be in touch with you regarding installation date.
Can I purchase a different size or color paver than what is advertised on the website?
We have carefully selected 2 paver sizes: 4x8 and 8x8 pavers in the Wheatfield color. We will only be ordering pavers in these two sizes and color.
Will I get to keep my paver?
The paver will be installed on Cincinnati Children’s campus, just outside the B doors in our beautiful new Promenade. Your paver will commemorate your support and help improve care for the sickest of kids we serve.
How do I pay for my paver?
You may pay for your paver by check, credit card or cash. You can make a one-time donation or pledge payments each month for two years. We also offer payroll deduction for Cincinnati Children's employees. Contact Liz at liz.curnett@cchmc.org or 513-363-4484.
